The exclusive gathering in Encinitas, California, featured investors, thought leaders and top pioneers in the tech industry.

As Content Developer, my role spanned multiple aspects of event preparation and promotion, including refining the agenda, producing marketing content and crafting press releases to highlight EON’s positioning as a premier event in the AI space.

Project Scope

Collaborated with the EON team to help curate a selective audience of industry leaders, ensuring a high-quality attendee list that aligned with EON’s mission to drive meaningful dialogue and connections.

  • Generated buzz before and after the event with press releases, social media posts and direct email marketing campaigns.

  • Played a key role in shaping the content and narrative that elevated EON’s presence in the AI and tech community.

  • Notable speakers included Rodney Brooks of Robust.AI, Doug Fidaleo of Walt Disney Imagineering, Manuela Velosa of JPMorganChase, Ariyan Kabir of GrayMatter Robotics and Soctt Komar of Driscoll’s, who was interviewed by Krisztina “Z” Holly of Good Growth Capital.
